When is the surgery open?
Mondays to Fridays 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 6.00 pm (not Thursday afternoons).  We also currently offer extended hours services on Monday early mornings, Wednesday evenings and on a Saturday morning, once a month.

How do I register?
Please attend at Reception with your medical card to complete the necessary formalities.  We would like to offer you a New Patient check with the practice nurse or health care assistant so we can help identify any health needs you may have.  You are then free to request to see any doctor or practice nurse at the surgery by appointment.

What facilities are there for the disabled?
We have a ramp approach and suitable toilet facilities.  We have altered our premises to meet the Disability Discrimination Act regulations as far as reasonably possible.  Please inform the receptionists if you need to see a doctor or nurse on the ground floor.

When is the best time to ring the surgery?
We are obviously very busy first thing in the morning and for general enquiries it helps everyone if you can ring after 10.00 am.
