Appointment Requests
To request an appointment please fill out our total triage form. Please note that in order to direct you to the correct service of who will best meet your needs, you will be asked a number of questions. Please do your best to answer their questions so your request is handled appropriately.
If you attend with cough/cold symptoms, please wear a face covering to protect both you and our staff.
Routine Appointment Requests
For routine appointment requests we encourage you to use the total traige form. It is easier to do this as you do not have to queue on hold waiting to request an appointment.
Our team can book evening or weekend appointments at other practices across the city for patients who need to be seen by a GP or nurse when this practice is closed.
Home Visits
The doctors can carry out home visits for patients who are housebound and who are more vulnerable.
We ask you to fill out our total triage form before 10am to arrange this so that we can assess the need for a visit the same day. However, this is at the doctor’s discretion and they will assess your situation and advise you appropriately.
