Free mental health support for UK Veterans

Togetherall (previously Big White Wall) a digital mental health service provider, was commissioned in 2011 by NHS England to support UK Military Veterans. Since then, we’ve supported over 13,800 individuals from the Armed Forces community.
We wanted to let you know that this service has been commissioned to enhance the existing mental health support in your area, and your UK Military Veteran patients can access it now via togetherall.com.
Togetherall provides:
· Free and immediate access to support for patients.
· A supportive online community – moderated by professionals at all times.
· An anonymous space, free from stigma or judgement.
· A safe place to talk at any time of the day or night.
· A library of self-help materials.
Members can also access structured online courses on topics such as managing depression and improving sleep alongside our ‘managing PTSD’ course, which has been specifically designed to support the Armed Forces.
Togetherall is managed 24/7 by BACP member (or equivalent) professionals and is CQC rated in England.
